This seminar will address ways to effectively resolve disputes arising between Russian and Chinese parties.
Experienced panellists will discuss the latest tools available to users of arbitration including the new PRC-HK Arrangement on Interim Measures under which Russian parties can access the Mainland Chinese courts for interim relief; update users on developments concerning HKIAC's Permanent Arbitration Institution status under Russian law; and share practical insights into how to navigate disputes involving Chinese parties.
